REACH Award Program

Recognizing the exceptional achievements of Morguard team members!

At Morguard, we believe in rewarding hard work at every level. We seek out team members with a positive attitude, who are passionate about what they do, and who want to be the best in the business. In order to recognize these go-getters for a job well done, Morguard is implementing the REACH Awards Program in the US. REACH, or Recognizing Employees’ Achievements Contributions and Helpfulness, is designed to identify a Morguard team member who has demonstrated a contribution that enhances their role, furthers the progress of their department, contributes to the overall success of Morguard, or all of the above.

This program began in Canada and is now being rolled out across the United States to honor even more of our exceptional teammates! Nominations are open to anyone in the Morguard Family below Senior Vice President level. Nominees are identified by the associate’s manager or a colleague who recognizes great work when they see it. Winners will receive a $100 Visa Gift Card, a certificate, a thank you letter from Senior Vice President and recognition on Morguard’s intranet site, company newsletter and social media.

We are thrilled about this opportunity to acknowledge the extraordinary work of the Morguard team. We have some of the best colleagues in the business, and we appreciate it when they go above and beyond to help advance Morguard’s mission!
