This organization has been on the front lines of the battle to cure blood cancers for more than 65 years and has invested more than $1.2 billion towards that goal. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><span arial=\"\" style=\"border:none windowtext 1.0pt; font-family:\"><span style=\"color:#333333\">Morguard team members have come up with several creative ways to raise money for the LLS, including getting their communities involved. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:black\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.santoriniapt.com\/\"><span arial=\"\" style=\"border:none windowtext 1.0pt; font-family:\"><span style=\"color:black\">Santorini at Renaissance Commons<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><span arial=\"\" style=\"border:none windowtext 1.0pt; font-family:\"><span style=\"color:#333333\">, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:black\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.woodbine-apartments.com\/\"><span arial=\"\" style=\"border:none windowtext 1.0pt; font-family:\"><span style=\"color:black\">Woodbine<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><span arial=\"\" style=\"border:none windowtext 1.0pt; font-family:\"><span style=\"color:#333333\">, and <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:black\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.villagecrossingapts.com\/\"><span arial=\"\" style=\"border:none windowtext 1.0pt; font-family:\"><span style=\"color:black\">Village Crossing<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><span arial=\"\" style=\"border:none windowtext 1.0pt; font-family:\"><span style=\"color:#333333\"> held successful car washes. Some of our Texas teams have raised funds by giving a donation so the teams can wear jeans on Fridays. The inventive ideas from our clever teams have truly been inspiring. There have been BBQs, cookie bouquet raffles, donation jars, pizza parties, and more! <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt\">\n<span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><span arial=\"\" style=\"border:none windowtext 1.0pt; font-family:\"><span style=\"color:#333333\">We have encouraged all Morguard teams to take part in local <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:black\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lightthenight.org\/\"><span arial=\"\" style=\"border:none windowtext 1.0pt; font-family:\"><span style=\"color:black\">Light The Night<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><span arial=\"\" style=\"border:none windowtext 1.0pt; font-family:\"><span style=\"color:#333333\"> events in their communities as well. These fun family-friendly walks aim to bring light to the darkness of cancer. Light The Night events are held in <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:black\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lightthenight.org\/chapter-selection-page\"><span arial=\"\" style=\"border:none windowtext 1.0pt; font-family:\"><span style=\"color:black\">every state<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><span arial=\"\" style=\"border:none windowtext 1.0pt; font-family:\"><span style=\"color:#333333\"> throughout the fall, many in areas near Morguard communities. In addition to all these fundraising endeavors, Morguard is introducing a new incentive this year. The Morguard team member who raises the most funds for the LLS will win a 2-night stay in a guest sweet in the Morguard community of there choice anywhere in the <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:black\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.morguardapartments.com\/Pages\/Apartment-Search.aspx\"><span arial=\"\" style=\"border:none windowtext 1.0pt; font-family:\"><span style=\"color:black\">US and Canada<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><span arial=\"\" style=\"border:none windowtext 1.0pt; font-family:\"><span style=\"color:#333333\">! There are still plenty of chances to help in the battle against cancer, and we encourage everyone in the Morguard family to do their best to help win the fight.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\n<span style=\"border:none windowtext 1.0pt; font-size:11.0pt; padding:0in\"><span style=\"line-height:107%\"><span arial=\"\" style=\"font-family:\"><span style=\"color:#333333\">Morguard is excited to have opportunities to serve our community and contribute to a compelling cause like the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
