We sat down with Jamestown Estates community manager, Stephanie Cornish, and got the chance to hear her story for a behind-the-scenes look at Jamestown Estates:

“My journey with Morguard is going on 6 years now and it has been nothing but a blessing so far. Being part of such a wonderful company really has impacted my life in a positive way. I have been the community manager of Jamestown Estates since November 2015, and it has been nothing short of amazing. Our residents and staff make coming to work each day a pleasure. Every day I look forward to seeing the wonderful faces of everyone who make Jamestown so special.”

“The dedication from our office staff is something that speaks wonders and makes Jamestown Estates the amazing community that it is. I am especially pleased to have Morgan Hamrick, our new assistant community manager join the team. Morgan has been with Morguard since 2016 and she has really made an impact with our residents and fellow staff so far. We are very thankful for her efforts and teamwork.”

Our maintenance technicians have been the backbone of Jamestown for a very long time. Bill Kane has been with Jamestown as a maintenance technician since 1977. His father was the first maintenance tech here, and he has dedicated himself to walk in his father’s footsteps. Bill said that the residents have been a major part in his continuance at Jamestown.”

“Derwin Plant has been with Jamestown Estates since 1987. He has been very happy with his ongoing path at our community and loves being a part of the team. I can always count on the Jamestown Staff to provide the highest level of service to our amazing residents.”
