RTF-Team.jpg

Here at Morguard, we are excited to be entering the second year of our Regional Training Facilitator (RFT) program; the RTF program was designed to provide new and current Morguard team members with the training, tools, and relationships they require to lead a successful career at Morguard. For new associates the program is particularly special as it not only provides them with training essential to their new position, but also immerses them in Morguard values of unity, community, teamwork and diversity by introducing them to teams outside their core community.

At our most recent Regional Training Facilitatory training session, we were very excited to see our newest RTFs deepen their knowledge of advanced management practices while demonstrating their desire to embark on a specific, defined career path within our organization. All of our RTFs bring something unique to the Morguard team. Let’s get to know some of the people who make the magic happen at Morguard’s residential properties, and who teach that magic to our newest team members!

Erica Rakestraw

Q: What’s your favorite thing about being an RTF?

A: I have several things I love about being an RTF -

  • I get to share the countless reasons why Morguard is the best company to work for with all new associates and reassure them that they made the right decision when joining our team.

  • I get to become a comfortable contact for these new hires to turn to with questions or concerns.

  • I have gained a new set of friends (my RTF colleagues) and we all share the same common goal.

  • Becoming an RTF allows me to travel for work on occasion, which I LOVE!

Q: What are some of your favorite pastimes?
