A New Way To Experience Morguard Apartment Living
For the last few years, we’ve been undergoing some changes to how we interact with our residents and future residents. We wanted to focus on the enhancement of our online presence in order to provide value and service on various networks that you are connected to.
First Thing’s First
Step number one was to address the experience of our website and community sites, and to make sure that those sites were responsive to different devices like cell phones and tablets. In the U.S., we also wanted to provide the convenience of online leasing for future residents and add online account management for current residents so they can pay bills, make service requests, etc. Canada is not slated for this feature just yet. However, we’re very excited about this interactive format that, above all, makes things easier.
Next, The Rebrand
The next step was to give all our communities in Canada and the U.S. a consistent look so that each one is deeply connected to the Morguard name. This was a necessary step in unifying our standards across both countries, so that when you a tour a Morguard-managed community, you know you can feel good about coming home. MorguardApartments.com is now the hub that connects all our communities in the U.S. and Canada.
Finally, Community Management
The final piece was to make sure we utilize social media to provide value to our local community, reach out to people looking for new homes, and act as a communication channel to those wanting to get in touch.
